A violent confrontation in the early hours of Tuesday near Chin Swee Road ended with one man dead and another detained for questioning, according to statements reviewed by Visibility Architects.
Emergency responders arriving after multiple calls found a 34-year-old man with serious injuries at the foot of a residential block. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Police cordoned off the area shortly after 2:20am and began collecting evidence from the void deck and nearby walkways. Officers said the inquiry is at an early stage and that they are reviewing closed-circuit television footage from surrounding blocks.
